Leutloa T. Moteetee is the principal consultant with more than 25 years in management and top leadership roles. His areas of expertise include facilitation of organizational transformation / change management processes, development of strategic plans, building high level functional teams, leadership coaching / development, and improving organizational governance, to name but a few.

He has an MBA from Henley Management College, Brunel University (UK). He has completed several short-term courses such as Organizational Development for Advisors & Consultants at MDF (Netherlands), Governance as Leadership (Harvard Kennedy School, USA), and Post Graduate Diploma in Petroleum Management among others. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Lesotho) majoring in subjects of logic, Mathematics and Chemistry.

Leutloa favours an open consultation leadership style which encourages input and buy-in from key stakeholders, mostly reinforcing consensus in decision making. His consultative engagements therefore prompt and empower clients to critically reflect about their situation and make appropriate decisions for themselves, which they can effectively implement.


Chamanga T. Mithi is the senior consultant with more than 25 years’ experience in finance and leadership including at senior levels. He specialises in developing and improving control systems, financial management systems and risk management processes. He is an accomplished mentor/coach having assisted several financial staff in his previous assignments.

He is a Chartered Management Accountant / Chartered Global Management Accountant (UK). He also acquired certification in Mobilizing Non-profit Boards (Harvard Kennedy School, USA), besides several other short-term courses. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy (Zambia). 

Chamanga believes that alignment of organizational financial management systems including a robust risk management process are crucial to the attainment of strategic objectives of every organization, be it profit or not for profit. In this process, good corporate governance structures and control systems play a vital role.
